Paul Trujillo graduated from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park in 1997, and participated in the Culinary Olympics. Paul has worked for Clipper Cruise Line and InTrav Travel CO. performing on high end small cruise ships around the world, and the rivers of Europe as Executive Chef. He then chose to settle down on St. John, USVI. First he chose to work at Paradiso as Sous Chef under Ted Robinson, then he proceeded to Chateau Bordeaux as Executive Chef. The company thought it would be wise for Paul to move to Asolare to persue his culinary vision. In 2006 he took over 10 tables as Chef/Owner. Within a few years he returned to Paradiso as Executive Chef. Paul then received an acceptance letter to work on the 236ft yacht named Reverie (the 75th largest privately owned yacht in the world). Shortly after finishing his contract on Reverie, he returned to St. Thomas and worked for Blue Moon Café, Oceanna, and Sea la Vie.
